Blacksea For And Logo Description

Article I
General Description
- The Black Sea outline painted violet shown on a horizontal oval field in a yellow shape;
- The oval form is a symbol of life,
- The violet reflects the characteristic color of the Black sea water;
- Yellow color of the land is a symbol of the bright sun;
- Six national flags on the territory of the ground represent six states forming the BLACKSEAFOR and are located around the anchors at the places where the countries adjoins the Black Sea.
- Two diagonally crossed gold admiralty anchors are on the sea surface. Two crossed anchors mean maritime co-operation and their gold color means honest intentions and peaceful character of the states’ co-operation which are not directed against each other.
Article II
The Logo
The Logo of the BLACKSEAFOR may be used on the Documents relating to the activity of the BLACKSEAFOR.
Article III
The Flag
- The color of the BLACKSEAFOR Flag surrounding the Logo will be white.
- The size of the flag varies depending on the place it is used. The size of the BLACKSEAFOR flag will not exceed the size of the national flags, if it is used with the national flag at the same time and the place.
- The width of the flag will be 66 % of its length all the times.
- The Flag of the BLACKSEAFOR together with national flags may be used by the Parties during the activity of the BLACKSEAFOR.
